Yea, I know, I did not leave you a note to say that I was abandoning my blog not going to be blogging for a couple of days, my bad.. Anyway, I had just returned from a short holiday back home during which the only time I logged into the Internet was for the few-blogathon-hours.
Well, the Blogathon has come and gone. And though I had sooo much fun despite cracking my brains for fresh blogging materials, I also have to admit that I was quite disappointed to learn about the total pledged amount. I could have seen it coming, but I refused to believe. I refused to believe that it was so difficult to raise funds for an organization that deserved it sooo much. I refused to believe that the general public would turn a blind eye to such efforts *sigh*
Anyway, in four hours, I managed to cough up 10 posts. But if you have some spare time, I would like to invite you to browse through the entire Blogathon 2006 archive

Of my aunt and Eden
I blogged about “myself” instead of about terrapins because I wasn’t sure whether people who stayed up late would like to read about the four-legged-and-almost-becoming-extinct animals
And to those who have dropped by to say “Hello”, thank you very much, you guys were my motivators
And, a big THANK YOU to those who have pledged (and it is NOW the time to deliver) for Eden. I am sure your donations will go a loooong way. By the way, I have just received an email from Madelene which says that they will be bringing 55 disabled persons on a 3D2N trip to Genting Highlands and KL on 28 - 30 September, how cool is that?!
Needless to say, both Madelene and Bertie of Eden would require a lot of help from the public to make the trip possible. If you think you can be of help during any stage (from the organizing to the actual trip), I suggest you email or call them, OK? More details here.
