This multiview card of New Brunswick, Canada was sent to me by Anique. The card shows (from left to right) the Quoddy Head Lighthouse, Confederation Bridge, a Wooden Covered Bridge and Hopewell Rocks.

I especially like the Confederation Bridge. Awesome!

Note: Nobody actually noticed I accidentally missed this ah? :) I didn’t notice it either *winks*

I received two cat cards on the same day - what a coincidence! And though I generally dislike cats, I find this one adorable:

Noora says that the text “Mita kuuluu” means “How are you?” in Finnish. See, says who you can’t learn anything from postcards? *winks*

And the second card shows a painting of two cats, sent by Henriikka, also from Finland.

Woo.. Hoo..!

I received two animal cards instead of one because Robyn said she has quite a few cards that show the native animals in her country, Australia.

The first card shows the short-beaked echidna (and I thought that’s a LONG beak). And Robyn says that “these little guys sometimes run over on the country roads, otherwise you’re not likely to see them.” Sounds like our semi-aquatic turtles - you ONLY see them when they are attempting to cross the roads.

The second card shows the little penguins, aren’t they cute? The description at the back of the card says that each night at sunset, the little penguins at Philip Island return to their sand-dune burrows after a hard day’s fishing for their young.

Maybe Ed would like to receive cards like this *smiles*
