Use a steady tripod
Set to Aperture Priority
ISO 100
F22 or maximum aperture
No Flash
Let the camera set the shutter speed
Use 2 sec delay to minimize camera shake / Remote shutter release

Alternatively

Use a tripod
Set to landscape scene
No Flash
