Remember a couple of days ago when I announced that two of the turtle pictures that I submitted to were voted as finalists? Well, after the second round of voting to decide the 12 best pictures, I am delighted to announce that one of my pictures was voted as one of the 12 “winners” and the other one, well, appeared on the calendar cover!

The triplets

The Triplets did not win the contest but I guess it must have attracted the attention of a lot of people to be given the honour of gracing the cover of the calendar.

Sleeping Beauty

Sleeping Beauty was selected as one of the 12 calendar turtles, and is featured on February 2008 :D

YAY YAY!

Click here to purchase a copy of the turtle calendar from Turtle Times @ CafePress. Each calendar costs USD 16.99 (excluding shipping).

P/S: I am looking for somebody (preferably from the US) who would help me purchase a copy of the calendar and mail it to me (because I don’t have a credit card, but I do have PayPal). I will definitely pay you back! Anybody?

Giddy Tiger: I haven’t asked the people @ Turtle Times, but since nobody said anything about free calendars, I assumed that everybody would have to purchase their own :)

silveraven: Yeah, I have posted a message at the Turtle Times Forum, and am also awaiting some good Samaritan to offer me the help I needed.
