This is my desktop with my little son (3 years old in this picture). Now he is 9 month older :-) I like my desktop to be as clean as possible under the desktop folders, that’s why I choose to put his picture in the middle.

Here’s mine.
Basically it’s usually a picture of a green view I took on holiday, this one’s taken in the Lake district (north west England) in 2005. I’m a quick-launch-aholic, so I don’t really use icons on my desktop. There’s a link to my master thesis folder (very heavily used!) and a folder with my boyfriend’s stuff, and usually some random files I’ve been working on.
