Photo HuntToday’s theme is PLASTIC. And since I have just returned from a Clean Up The World event, I might as well show you the kind of rubbish collected from the beach clean up. It definitely isn’t a nice sight, but it clearly shows how much respect we have for Mother Nature.

Plastics

And how many times do we have to stress that marine animals get killed for ingesting plastic bags that look like jellyfish in the sea?

How many turtle, whale and dolphin strandings do we need to record until we take stern action to penalize those who pollute the sea?

Wow, that trash was found outside? That’s horrible.

Btw, I’m subscribing to your RSS feed. :)

Hmm, not surprising since Redang is so so commercialized… I always thought that there’s way too many people in Redang and you know when there’s too many people, it’s hard to control.

Even when we were in Chagar Hutang we saw the same type of rubbish you’ve picked up. Since Chagar Hutang is so strict with almost everything, my only guess is that they came in with the tide.

“eww!” for the turtles, “eww!” for us.

Irresponsible people contribute to the rubbish.

    When will pollution finally stop?

  6. rinnah says:

I don’t take plastic bags when buying stuff if I can help it. *grin*

Oh, BTW, you don’t need me to tell you this already, but you’re NICE!

  7. Corey says:

Now that was good timing for this theme :)
