Blog Action Day

If you don’t already know it, I am organizing a month-long blogging campaign on environmental issues @ beginning Sept 15th, and will conclude on Oct 15th, in conjunction with .

I will not be blogging for a month-straight because there is just so much that our brains can take. I will make an effort to post something every alternate day, and I will be blogging on a variety of topics, so you won’t just be reading about plastics, plastics and more plastics. Besides, I have also invited a few guest-bloggers who would blog about their personal experiences on going green, or their contribution to the pollution and what they can do about it or whatever environmental issue that catches their fancy.

The guest-blogging door is still open, so if you’d like to join in the fun, please let me know in the comments, and I will send you a set of guidelines (adapted from Lorelle’s Guest-Blogging Guidelines) which will hopefully make your guest-blogging stint easier and more enjoyable :)

Updates (18 Sept 2007):
I have compiled a list of 14 ways to create less trash and how and why we should maximize the use of our fridge (yes, there are health benefits!).

Don’t forget to subscribe to The Giving Hands feeds for a month of environment education and sharing! :vodka:

I’m quite interested to be part of this actually. Just that I’m busy with a lot of stuff… Don’t even have time to write a proper post for my blog. Haha.
