Lorelle listed a whole list of 55 parties whom you should thank, for without them, “your blog will not be your blog.” So yea, I’m going to thank a lot of you today, though NOT all 55 parties because I don’t use some of your services
- Blogging program — WordPress. This needs no introduction, no?
- The theme designer — t0mmmmmmm (yea, with 7 “m”s, and he miraculously released a 3-column Mandigo JUST when I was looking for it. I was hooked, and there was no turning back. And t0mmmmmmmm gets back to me despite me asking him stupid questions!
- Plugin authors — WOW.. I have a huge list of this.. Thank you very much, guys, you all made my life easier with your plugins!
- Header image — Cindy L, who was so generous to allow me to use her pretty water drop picture on my header.
- Your web browser — Go Firefox!
- Web traffic analysis services — StatCounter rawks!
- Social bookmarking services — I used to use Digg but recently I don’t anymore. I feel that my content isn’t up to the standard yet. But I’ve recently experimented with del.icio.us and find it nice to play with
- Social networking services — I LOVE 9rules! Thanks Edrei, for introducing me to this, and to Facebook as well (though I’m not quite familiar with it yet).
- Advertisers — OK, let’s see.. A huge THANK YOU to those who have placed an ad on my blog. Ouh yea, and all other Google ads.
- Search engines — Err.. Google search?
- Pinging services — I used to ping a couple of services, but I don’t anymore. Nowadays I occasionally ping a Malaysian blog portal, Project Petaling Street and Technorati, I think.
- Feed services — Recently started to use Feedburner, and I’m lovin’ it!
- Those you blockquote and quote from — Seriously, I can’t be listing each and everyone of you, but if you knew that I quoted you and that you’re reading this, thank you (but for what?)!
- Sources of inspiration — Err.. Bloggers like Lorelle, Liz Strauss and Edrei, I’m serious!! Thank you very much for the inspiration
- Sources of motivation — Err..
- Your web host — OK, thank you for your services in the past one year.
- Those who link to you — Ei, those who link to me, thank you so so much.. Love you guys
- Those on your blogroll — WHOA, I read about 50 Malaysian blogs on average, so I cannot list everybody here la. But if I comment on your blog, it means that you’re one of those in my blogroll la, OK?
- Those you steal good ideas from — Cheh, I don’t steal la.
- Your family (who have no idea what a blog is) — Serious! My family has no idea what a blog is! But of course my cousins do
Thanks Eddy, thanks Yumi, I know you guys drop by often. But if possible leave me a comment or two to cheer me up la, OK?
- Your feed reader — Bloglines rawks!
- Your news sources — Err, The Star Online?
- Those who made you a favorite on Technorati — five wonderful people favourited me, thanks Craig @ Deep Sea News, Karen @ The Pond, Joen05 @ Intermission at Work, April @ CraftZombie and Sera @ Cultivated by Design!
- Your feed subscribers — Bloglines tells me I have 17 subscribers, Feedburner says otherwise.. Either way, thank you!
- Your guest blogger - My cutie pie sister!
- Your readers — Yea, thank YOU for dropping by, I appreciate it
- Your readers, even those who do not comment — Ei, leave me a comment la. At least let me know that you’ve been here! Pretty please…?
So yea.. Thank you everybody, for making my blog, my blog. Without you guys, I wouldn’t be here today *bows*
If you think this post might benefit other bloggers:

Wow, what a nice thank you post.
But it clearly shows appreciation to all parties, eh?
From point 27, you said that you’d like your readers to leave a comment, then guess I’ll start leaving comments in your blog from now on, k? & This is also after reading through all your blogs since day 1
Ahh… what a gratitude-filled post. Thank YOU too for making my blog-reading experience an awesome one!
Hehe… I’m here to comment and accept your thanks (albeit as a silent reader). LOL! I feel like nicking this post for my blog. May I?
From your list, I have a lot of question… Maybe I am a newbie in self-hosted blogging. Please don’t mind if I ask…
I used the plugins like the SRG Clean Archives and Comment Email Responder but only the archive works but the e-mail don’t
You use social bookmarking services. You bookmark your own post or do you participate by voting and commenting or do you bookmark others? I used to bookmark my own posts in my old blog but felt “muka tembok”, in the end, I don’t know what can I do with Digg…
Sounds like you won an Oscar
I am at No.25. Not so bad
Alvin Lim was here Sept 11, 2007, time 0004
ahaha.
I’m one of your regular readers… I don’t really use feeds though.
Thanked twiced. Wow.
Now there is something special.
You seem to be rising up high lately yourself, that’s something worth mentioning.
If only I can work on getting that much recognition too.
littlebro: You’re the only person who reads all my blogs I think..
Giddy Tiger: You’re most welcome!
rinnah: Of course you may, please feel free to write your own Thank You list! Imagine the number of happy you’d make happy with posts like these
Wayne: If any plugins don’t work, I’d advice you to contact the plugin developer. Some plugins clash with certain blog themes. And I’ve only bookmarked 2 of my posts because I wanted to create awareness on those two topics (the recent petitions on seahorses and turtles).
zewt: Why shouldn’t this be like one?
Mei Mei: Shuddap and be thankful that I included you, ahhahaa
Alvin: Thanks for being my reader, and you really should start using feeds, it will make your life easier
Edrei: The amount of help you’ve given me is worth much more than this, and I should be thanking you even more frequently, LOL.
You’re welcome. And thank you too :-)
Thank you!!!!!!
You have a great site, really like the way you write! No wonder you have so many readers! Thanks for the plug!
