It’s Photo Hunt time, peeps! And this week’s theme is TWO. And I have chosen to showcase a few pictures of me and my sister, yeah, just the two of us :D
This most recent picture was taken in June 2007, in a family-and-friends dinner during which we celebrated Grandpa’s 84th birthday, Grandma’s 81st birthday and their 60th wedding anniversary (more pictures here).
My sister and I were very close when we were small. In fact, we still are very close now that we’ve grown up. We’ve never been separated until I had to go to university in a state about 8 hours away from home.

She used to insist to follow me to kindergarten when she was barely 2 years old. She would sometimes hold on to my school bag so that I couldn’t leave home without it. She would cry when the school van came to pick me, and she would lie on the car porch and insist that she got up the van too. So eventually, Mum learned to bathe her around the time the van would come to pick me up :D

My sister attended all my plays and dances and prize-giving ceremonies too. She would be following me wherever I go, sometimes I wonder whether she insisted on going onto the stage!!

My sister listened to me. A lot. If I asked her to do something, she would. She even allowed me to apply leftover melted ice cream on her arms and legs because I told her it would make her skin bright and beautiful. Yes, she was THAT vain since small :dead:
Isn’t she cute?

Okay, I guess I can believe that you’re a girl now and that my referencing you as a male in my recent links post was wrong. :)
her hair sure grew a lot…. :)
Bet you know that you have a gem of a sisterhood here. I wish I had the same with my younger brother.
Fabulous photos and just perfect for the theme! It’s great that you have such a wonderful relationship with your sister. How lucky!
Very cute sisters!
LOL what great pictures and a great story too! :-)
Thats a wonderful relationship and you both look cute…..
A lovely set of photographs. A sisterly bond is a lovely thing to have.
Haha~ you make another photo-hunt post, very nice!
I noticed that you were wearing ‘Maria Ville’ kindergarden tee, is that the one located in Tambun Ipoh? I studied there as well… Could it be that we actually knew each other when we were small? Hmmm…..
Ah… so nice to have a sister! Wish I had one… sigh..
Nice photos!
