The average book like this in the US costs over $20. We kept the price low for this limited release as it was part of the Successful and Outstanding Bloggers Conference. The price will soon go up.

Also, we are mailing these first copies fast to get them out the door and into your hands as quickly as possible. Thus, they are going out First Class for International Orders. Later, it may take 2 weeks to 2 months to arrive. So the postage is high for international orders.
