OK, I know, I missed last week’s “cooking” installment but it was because I had just switched hosts last week (thank God, and Edrei, that it went smoothly) and I was busy updating and installing compatible plugins. So yeah, Pelf always has her reasons
So anyway, back to the present.. The Americans spell it “colorful” but the Brits spell it “colourful”. And because we follow the British system (after years of being under their rule), we spell it “colourful”
Anyway, if you haven’t figured it out already, it’s an umbrella. And a very pretty one too. And to “complement” this pretty colourful umbrella, I even had a few pretty umbrella models!
And did I tell you that I have a soft spot for anything colourful? Check out my Flickr favourites

They’re sooo pretty, aren’t they? ![]()

Colourful and pretty leh

And I like it spelt the British way
so kalafoo!
The colors in the umbrella are so pretty and delicate!
Pelf, I’m sure you know that the Paypal glitch is over right?
You can happily accept your payments now.
Cantik.
Hey, so pretty! I’m slowly switching over to American way of spelling because of the st*pid Firefox 2.0 spelling checking thingy. It underlines british spelling in red, like it’s wrong. Bah…. *lol*
zeroimpact: Thanks, and I like it the British way too
wuching: Yes, I know!
Daisy: Thanks
Irene: No, I don’t know about it as I was away, but thanks for the tip-off
Mei Mei: Terima kasih!
luxferi: I didn’t know about that, because I don’t turn on my spell-checker.
Wow - what beautiful colors in all of the photographs!
btw - I am American and spell it without the “u” but now, living in Europe, I spell a lot of my words the British way. :-) When I posted this week’s theme, I almost spelled the word with a “u” then my American side took over! :-)
Some very colorful images. Very nice.
You do like colors and they are all so pretty. The umbrella with the kids is the cutest. The photo hunt is so fun, with meeting so many new people and seeing so many fantastic pictures. Have a nice week.
Amazing! You’ve got some great pictures there.
So pretty la… the colours AND the kids. :-)
pat: Hahah, I know what you mean! But luckily most companies or organizations don’t quite mind the “u” because they know there’s NOT (very much) difference. In fact, with out without the “u”, the word bears the same meaning!
Drew: Thank you
Samantha & Tigger: Oh yea, I do LOVE colourful things.
Vader’s Mom: Thanks!
Bernard: Hahah, the colour AND the kids, gotcha!
My goodness what colorful pictures! This theme was so difficult to do… hard to limit all the colorful pictures!
Beautiful color and lots of pretty things in the flickr fotos.
