Penang is still not a city in the books. Hey waitaminute.. wasn’t it the first city in Malaysia…? Given the status by the British a long time ago. ;-)

“Plague” is a specific infectious disease. A “plaque” in medicine is a hard, thickened although flat area … it’s just a description of a lesion, not the name of a disease.

A plaque that you get for good work is the same.. it’s a thick, hard and flat.

Moz: Naah.. How can I use your DSLR to take part. Moreover, with my skills... AARRGHH.. Pat: I've checked the dictionary, and both plague and plaque mean the same thing -- the disease. But when I checked "plaque of appreciation", I found what I meant, so yeah, thanks for pointing it out! :)
