OK. Though the whole switching process took a little more than a week, it’s done now! Yippie! A big thank you to Claire for generously sparing me some space, and to Edrei for volunteering to help me with the actual switching of hosts. Thank you very much once again :)
HOWEVER…
As you can see, my sidebars are still wonky. I have no idea why, but everytime I moved my sidebar widgets, I can’t seem to be able to save the new arrangements. The status bar says, “Sending request to chenpn.com…” (but the request never got sent, and the changes never got saved). I’ve tried several ways to try to correct whatever was wrong, but to no avail.
- The problem occurred when I was still running on WP 2.0.10. Now that Edrei had helped me upgrade to WP 2.2, the problem persists.
- I’ve also upgraded my Mandigo theme, from v1.13 to v1.2, which was released this morning (fresh out of the oven).
- I’ve tried deactivating ALL plugins and then re-arranged my sidebars, in case any of the plugins clashed with “whatever the problem was”. No luck either.
Anybody has any suggestions as to why my sidebars are behaving so strangely? Quick! Before I tear all my hair out!! *smiles*

- Edrei helped settle this as well.. So I’m going to give him a BIG TIGHT HUG :)
- For your information, the “Top Commentators” plugin is NOT compatible with WP 2.2.
