I know you don’t need to be reminded that it’s Mother’s Day this Sunday, May 13th, and I’m working on a story to tell you guys about who else but the hero, my Mum But at the same time, I was also wondering if any of you will be blogging about your Mum.
Well, if you will be (or already have), I’d like to invite you to drop your link(s) here, and I will summarize the “entries” that I’ve received on a post which will be published on Mother’s Day. What do you think of the idea?
And since this is ALL about your Mum, you can write anything about her. Below are some suggestions, though I’m sure you’re capable of coming up with more creative (and touching) stories:
- Mum’s favourites — colour, food, pasttime (gardening, karaoke-ing, etc.)
- Your earliest memories of Mum
- The time you loved (or hated) your Mum most
- The biggest sacrifice your Mum had made for you (or for your family)
- How will you be celebrating Mother’s Day this year? How will it be different from last year?
- The secrets that you share with Mum, or the things that you will NEVER tell her?
- Do you look like your Mum? Do you talk like her? Walk like her?
- And if your Mum is no longer around, what would you like to tell Mum, if she was still alive?
- And if you’re a Mum, you can also talk about what you’d like your kids to buy you, or what you hope them to grow up to be, or the headaches that they’ve given you, or the proudest moment you’ve experienced..
Come on, tell your friends about this, the more entries we have, the merrier, right?

I nearly forgot about Mother’s Day so thanks for the reminder. I can’t write anything about my mum since i’m not in that mood but anyway, i’ll call back home. After reading all your related post, you got my full respect. You got a great mum here. I’m pretty sure you will be a mum as great as your mum in the future. =p
