I am back from my 9-day-escapade to KL and then to Ipoh to celebrate Chinese New Year. There wasn’t much of a celebration, in fact it was more like a festive family get-together where the kids were allowed to drink and gamble all night and the adults chatted until the cows came home.
But the highlight of all these is that Mum came back to KT with me (not that we’re from this part of the country)! So for the next few days, I will have home-cooked breakfasts, lunches and dinners, muahahah… In fact, I returned from the hatchery this afternoon to a completely different cleaner house, thank God for a super-Mum..
Remember the Chinese song that goes something like this, “Shi shang zhi you ma ma hao”??
Indeed.
