When we were on our way back to my cousin’s place in Puchong yesterday, there was a protest of some sort going on underneath the overhead bridge opposite IOI Mall. We thought it was a very serious accident because of the amount of cars stuck in the bumper-to-bumper crawl. And there were a couple of police cars and trucks. And everywhere people were slowing down to look, which is sooo typical of our busybody-ness, and to take pictures.

When we were passing by the protesters, I wound down my window to snap these pictures. I couldn’t see what was printed on the banner they were holding but could only hear the repetitive shoutings of “Keadilan! Keadilan!”

I’m sure it has something to do with that particular political party. But apart from that, what else?

Did any of you witness the protest? What was that all about?

Here in Malaysia, the ‘people in power’ can get away with murder, so what toll ?

    pelf: Err…

Yeah, what the heck is toll?

Pelf, there were lots of report on the protest, make a quick search on Google or check out Merdeka Online, you’ll get it.

pelf: Hhehee, if I had the time to Google AND read anything “important”, I’d do it myself la, no need to ask you la :)
