Would you help design a newsletter banner, please?

Yes, the title is self-explanatory.

I am helping Madelene of the Eden Handicap Service Centre with their upcoming newsletter, and we would like to give the newsletter a fresh new header. But I am no graphic designer.

So I was wondering if anybody could spare some time to design a catchy, clear and easily-read newsletter header for Eden?

The newsletter is A4 in size, hence the banner should be about 21cm x 6cm in size. It will be printed in black and white to save printing cost (anybody would like to sponsor the printing cost?) and will be distributed to all sponsors and potential sponsors.
