I realize it has been quite a looonng while since I last boasted about shared my postcards. Before I procrastinate further and leave those cards collecting dust in the box, I thought maybe I really should get down to it - because some of the cards and/or people are really nice!
* * * * *
Michael, who is a Ph.D. candidate at the Trent University in Canada sent me NOT one but a couple of turtle cards and some brochures on the Turtle Adoption Program.

The most amazing thing is that he is not working with the turtles, as in, his project does not revolve around turtles, like mine does. In fact, he is “conducting research into evolutionary and population genetics of the muskellunge (Esox masquinongy) in North America, with a particular emphasis on native Ontario stocks.” *phew*
But he’s got a dozen or so turtles in his backyard and he enjoys taking pictures of them.

There are quite a bunch of turtles, no?
