J finally got out of Redang for the last time this year. He’s not going back anymore because the season is coming to an end soon. Another year has come and gone. So fast :( The campsite for the Marine Turtle Project at Chagar Hutang has also been closed, and will only re-open in March/April next year. For those interested to join the Volunteer Program, please be reminded that the slots beginning 2007 will run from Saturday to Saturday, instead of Sunday.

See what my Mum got me the other day?

Cute, isn’t it? I haven’t really seen or held it, so I have no idea how big it is. My sister, who has literally dropped out of the science stream, did not place a coin or a ruler beside the cutie.

My sister, who had earlier applied for a place in a local English daily for her industrial training beginning January, has been offered a place in a magazine publisher instead. I’ve tried assuring her that it may turn out well, and dear, I can’t believe I actually asked my sister to watch “The Devil Wears Prada”. Go tell her that it’s a good opportunity, will you? Thanks *smiles*

I’m leaving on a jetplane for 10-freaking-days in about 84 hours and I have yet to pack a single item. There are still stuff that I have yet to complete, and that really takes the holiday mood out of me :(

Wow…enjoy your holidays…don’t worry about packing, most of the time people end up taking more than they need anyway ;)

pelf: Ouh.. I am one of those who don’t quite pack so that I’ll be forced to buy new clothes :)) The problem is, how “little” I should pack for 10 days *winks*

  2. moz monster says:

I think you can tell the size of the bag against the tiles in was placed on ??

pelf: You overestimated my abilities, Moz :))

Anyways, enjoy your break. Everyone deserves a break !!

pelf: Yes, yes, I will :)) But will I see you in KL?

  3. BawangMerah says:

Heh, have fun on your trip.

pelf: Yes, I will. Happy holidays to you too :)

  4. chongkg says:

“…so that I’ll be forced to buy new clothes”
    - oh then, well just let your subconscious guide you in your packing ;)

    pelf: Hahahh, I will :)

  5. Eliz says:

Hehe! Love the bag..so cute. :)
Anyway, thanks for the comment you left on my blog.
Hope you don’t mind me linking you. Find your blog interesting. :)

    Enjoy the trip!

    pelf: Thank you :))

    hi,

the next time I am in Redang I should look for you to congratulate you for a tough and (shall I say invisible) mostly unappreciated work but which somehow somebody still has got to do.

The trouble is there are these people (appointed by the Powers that be) that the ‘Public’ (who?) at large have depended upon to do a job always fail to do so for this and that reasons. Pathetic !

    Those who should, didn’t

    Those who shouldn’t, interfere,

    Those who could, wouldn’t,

Those who can, don’t have the chance,

For the rest, ignorance is bliss

I could complain on and on but….

Anyway keep up the good work !

pelf: Thanks, thanks for the kind and encouraging words :) I appreciate it :)
