This is my first official card from Japan! Hooray..! :)

This “Sunset Beach at Okinawa” card was sent by Narumi, a 14-year-old girl (she’s got very pretty and neat handwriting). And according to Narumi, Okinawa is “a small island that floats on the South of the Japanese Mainland”.

One of the reasons I don’t particularly fancy sunrise and sunset cards is because they all look the same, don’t they?

No … every sunset is unique and every sunrise is beautiful …

Everytime I see a sunset, I look forward to a sunrise. And when I see a sunrise, I know there’s a whole day to look forward to.

    I’m a sucker for sunsets ….

pelf: And I am NOT a philosophical person ;)

at this point in time, can’t really enjoy sunsets in kuching because of the haze :(

but it’ll be nice to stare at the postcard though :)

pelf: OK, you may continue staring at it :) Until somebody sends me another sunrise/sunset card *winks*

I should send you a sunset/sunrise card that’s like so totally different. I think I will haha.

pelf: Ouh, and I shall see how different it is, hahahaha :)
