I know by now most of us bloggers have heard enough of the up-coming Blogathon that will commence on July 29th at 9pm, Malaysian time. In fact, quite a number of us have been consistently promoting the charity organizations that we are representing.

This is another attempt to force persuade you to support Eden Handicap Service Centre and its cause, if you have not already done so. Come on, isn’t it FUN to see bloggers missing out on their precious sleep but instead sitting in front of their computers entertaining you? I’m sure it is *smiles*

Now, if you have not done anything significant in terms of giving back to the society, THIS, is your golden opportunity.

Eden Handicap Service Centre needs your help and support. Those selfless people behind the Service Centre have been toiling tirelessly since the centre was established in 1991. They have been providing FREE services to the disabled when in fact, they could have easily earned RM 450 per person per month. Or more. And these people with big hearts have also taken the time and trouble to organize outings and BBQ and a food fair for the disabled (read here).

Ask yourself these questions:

• Am I willing to leave my current job to take care of the disabled?
• Am I willing to give up clubbing (or insert any of your favourite activity here) to spend time at the Handicap Centre?
• Am I willing to take care of those who cannot take care of themselves?
• Am I willing to spend a weekend taking the disabled to the zoo?
• Am I willing to spend time with people who will NEVER be my potential business partners or clubbing buddies?

If you answered NO to any of the above questions, the least you could do is to support those who have answered YES.

Come on.. It will not take very much of your time to make THAT pledge (you may change your sponsorship amount before the Blogathon ends). At the end of the 24 hours, an email will be sent to you with the amount you have pledged, and you will send the amount directly to Eden – see, we don’t handle your money, so do not be afraid that we might use it to pay our webhosts *smiles*
