btw, ironically enough, since u mentioned it, I ended up eating pizza today for lunch, since my mum didnt cook, and my dad and i couldnt really deicde what to eat..hahaha

Wah ok ok. Thanks alot. Yeah i was so confused about the legislation. Sigh… sadly still got ppl consume turtle eggs.. some even said that terrapins’ eggs taste better than turtles’ eggs (eeeeweee….e..). Now i’m back in Penang. I tried to ask locals in penang about turtle landing. Ppl got a shock and asked me back.. are there turtle landing in Penang. Ah…. very sad that no one knows that there is turtle hatchery or landing in Penang…(Crying.. here..). Oh ya.. one of the orang kampung asked me.. why we need to conserve or save these creatures ..(referrring to turtles and terrapins)? that time i coudln’t give him an answer (in BM). *sigh…*

pelf: No problem ;) My Supervisor had been trying form more than a decade to convince the State Government to ban the collection and sale of all turtle eggs but to no avail. But the good news is that the nesting beaches are being gazetted..
