Don’t we all love to check the search terms or keywords that brought our readers to our blogs? Not you? At least I know of some people who do. And yeah, I too, would like to see what people were looking for which landed them here in my blog.

For me, the popular search terms were never sex-related mainly because I never blogged about them. And there were never keywords on how to enlarge a certain organ that I don’t even have in the first place *winks* A lot of search terms in my previous blog were terrapin-related, and then after the entry on the new university in Terengganu, Universiti Darul Iman, UDM was frequently searched for.

So after reading about what she had discovered, I checked my Keyword Analysis too.. And guess what I found..

What do you mean by “gigantic shower cap”?! This is not Watson’s or any other convenience stores, you know. I wonder whether the person who was looking for a “gigantic shower cap” found it in my blog *winks* I doubt it..

But then again, search terms that really bother me are those that spell my (full) name. It could simply mean that I am being stalked, and whoever those people are, they just could not be bothered to save my blog in their Favourites/Bookmarks. I mean, wouldn’t YOU be bothered if there are ALWAYS people who search for you in MSN or Google?! And they NEVER leave you a comment to let you know that they were here? <– I am assuming those people who searched for me were not bloggers because I believe bloggers have very good memory when it comes to remembering URLs ;)

At least its not porn related lah. Haih… There are all sorts of people out there.

pelf: Like I said, it’s because I do NOT blog about them :) So rest assured that my blog is a clean blog ;) Kids-friendly ;)

  2. WTJ says:

i got a lot of funny keyterms too, light your day

pelf: Hhhaa, not ALL search terms light our day.. Some keep you wondering for days..

  3. moz monster says:

Be happy … most people come to my blog expecting analysis of David Letterman’s Top Ten lists. Or Honda City VTEC analysis. Or cultural ignoramus trying to understand Chinese New Year open house etiquette …

pelf: Serves you right! Because you blogged about the Top 10 lists, your new toy-car and the open house..! Imagine finding people who actually searched for your full name. It is highly likely that somebody (usually more superior) was trying to check whether you own a blog, and if yes, what do you blog about..

  4. Jason says:

Maybe there are looking for terappins’ porn to stimulate their terappins to have sex ler?

    pelf: …..

  5. Emmanuel says:

I wonder what animals think about Nat Geo and Discovery showing them mating?

pelf: Ouh, I’ve seen sea turtles mate.. But we always stress to our volunteers NOT to disturb the turtles whenever they’re mating..

  6. Yvy says:

Hehehe….that’s why i get loads of those notty searches. LOL :P

  7. Emmanuel says:

I think I’m gonna burn in turtle hell for making so many dumb turtle remarks.

pelf: Hhahaha, burn in turtle h*ll?! Is there a place with THAT name?! I think you think too much la..
